Top 13 Be Well Posts of 2013

As 2013 winds down to a close, it’s time to look back at the top blog posts of the year from the Be Well team. As you can see from this list, people are getting passionate about cutting out sugar and processed foods. This year, I’ve seen more awareness and scrutiny of the ingredients in food than ever before. What’s really encouraging is that our hottest blog post of the year was the Top 9 Superfoods, and in the top 13 list, were two on Cleansing, two on getting sugar out of our diets, and a few on gluten-free eating. As people are waking up to the dangers of sugar, gluten and processed foods, they are choosing more superfoods and foods that don’t trigger inflammation and cause all sorts of problems in our bodies.
