We’re big fans of smoothies and make them for a healthy breakfast, a nutritious snack, an afternoon pick-me up and, after a workout, a recovery drink.
A smoothie is a great way to get those important phytonutrients into your diet (and your kids’ too). Adding a dairy free protein powder to your smoothie can boost energy and enhance immunity. We also like to add healthy fats such as coconut, almonds, avocado and chia seeds that will leave your skin glowing and your stomach feeling satisfied.
Here is a round-up of some of our favorite smoothie recipes.
Which of these is your favorite? Share it on Pinterest!
Honored to be in such fine company! Thank you so much.
I ditto what Gena said!
Thxs for including my key lime pie smoothie, it is one of my favorites!
Yum! Thank YOU Tessa.
I’ve had a low energy level for a while and am constantly tired due to a Vitamin D deficiency. In my smoothies, I combine raw fruit, raw vegetables and protein for a big punch of natural energy that leaves me feeling great afterwards. When I checked my health symptoms with online usa doctors I was bang on.Cheers :)
