Salvador on Fennell

Every year I teach at Rancho La Puerta, an amazing spa in Tecate, Mexico. They have a huge organic vegetable garden, where they grow a lot of the food that we eat when there. When I was there last year and went on the breakfast hike to the gardens, I pulled out my flip camera to film Salvador. Salvador always takes the guests on a short tour of the garden and it is always entertaining and informative as he is so passionate about what he does. It is beautiful to see. Here he shares his enthusiasm about some fennel growing in the garden.

yeah! i love fennel in all it's forms… you need to grow a lot to get the pollen-
funny thing about fennel- you either love it or you don't.. like cilantro which of course has the coriander seeds used in Indian cooking…
