I am a fan and critic of conscious music whether it comes in the form of World, Hip Hop, Jazz, or other genres. Listening to music that is built and delivered with purpose and passion is what makes me come alive. I am also a health nut. And I believe that to live the most amazing life, you have to eat the right foods and perform exercises that help root you to the earth. I have helped Frank design and develop this site as an ode to promoting our knowledge of health and music!
