The hummus has “Bragg” it is made with soy is that ok?

  • Anonymous

You can always use Coconut Aminos instead of Braggs or soy sauces!

Is it OK to have the turkey chili with poblano peppers? I thought peppers were not allowed in the cleanse program.

  • Anonymous

You’re right, Amy! Peppers are not allowed on the Cleanse so best to leave the poblanos out of this recipe. Thanks for catching that!

Why can’t I see the recipes when I click on them? Very frustrated.

I’m on day 3 of this cleanse, so far so great! I was wondering, am I allowed to have lightly salted nuts or should I stick to raw? And how many snacks is one allowed per day? I’ve been having a handful of nuts around mid-morning, and also a cup of cherries in the afternoon. Lastly, is it best to have meat only once a day? I’ve been having a piece of chicken breast with my lunchtime salad, and then a piece of salmon (about a 4oz piece) with dinner.

Thanks for any suggestions and tips, I’m so grateful to have the opportunity to be doing this cleanse after winning it on Instagram!
